As many of us mothers out there know, it sometimes feels like there are just not enough hours in the day between soccer practice, piano lessons, homework, and bedtime. Suddenly, you look at the clock, it is now 10:30 pm and you have sixty cupcakes to bake and frost, goodie bags to fill and the last minute final touches for your best friend's bridal shower! You walk in to the kitchen, hesitantly pull out the muffin pans and think to yourself, "how great would it be if there were two of me or if someone could please just get this party done for me?!"
