What You Can Expect
From the very first consultation to the final clean up, we are with you every step of the way. Remember, we want this to be fun and exciting, not stressful and overwhelming!
What happens first?
All planning begins with an idea, a picture that you have in mind. To make those ideas and dreams become reality, we will first meet for a free, no obligation, consultation. Together, at this initial introduction, we will brainstorm ideas and get a feel for what type of event you are planning. We will discuss everything such as venues, decorations, invitations, centerpieces, menus and your budget. I then gather all the information from the consultation and do my homework. At this point, the fun is just beginning!
What happens next?
After all the excitement from the first meeting, I can't wait to share with you what I have in mind! About a week after the consultation, we will meet again and I will present you with what we call an "idea board". This is where we get to bring your dreams to life and you can actually see it all come together! On the idea board you will see examples of invitations, color combinations, linen samples, centerpiece ideas, decorations for venues, goodie bags for your guests, business cards from salons and photographers, the list goes on and on. Sometimes seeing it on paper and right in front of you helps you make a decision and maybe change or add a few things you didn't think of originally. As stated before, we want you to enjoy your event and make it as hassle free as we possibly can. If you are happy with what I have presented, all that's left to do is let me do the rest!
So now we are ready to roll, and of course you're wanting to know, "How much is this going to cost me?"
Depending on the scale of the event and what services you will be needing, the fees will vary. We will have an outline of fees for you when we meet the second time, after the initial consultation. We know that planning any event these days seems to cost more and more money and somehow the budget disappears. We will help you to stay on track with your budget and meet on a regular basis to make sure all parties involved stay focused. We want our services to be affordable for our clients and guarantee not to compromise the quality and hard work we put in to each event.
